WARRANTY, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES INFORMATION.
Product Warranty
We assure you that every product purchased from us is of satisfactory quality and reasonably suitable for all the purposes described in the relevant technical data sheets. It is stamped with our identifying mark. Any malfunction of the products must be reported within ten days of receipt. The customer must include a written notification when returning the defective product.
When returned, the product must be complete with packaging, the purchase invoice, and all documentation received at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to verify the defect and replace it after inspection. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
If the replacement product is not available, the company will refund the price paid, excluding shipping costs. The warranty does not cover replacement parts due to wear and tear, damage or defects resulting from improper use, handling, or treatment of the product, such as incorrect installation, improper maintenance, negligence, or fortuitous events. A replacement product may be requested if there are defects in conformity or functionality not due to negligence.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with Motoricambi39 without penalty and without charge. The consumer must specify the reason within the established deadline and return the product in perfect condition at the customer's expense.
Once the online purchase process has been completed, the consumer undertakes to print and retain these general terms and conditions, which they will have already reviewed and accepted, as a mandatory step in the purchase process. All communications from the supplier to the customer will be made, at Motoricambi39's sole discretion, via email or fax to the respective addresses and numbers provided by the customer.
- Returns or replacements for malfunctioning products will only be processed if notified within 7 days of delivery, without any tampering;
- Returns or replacements are not permitted for all electrical equipment;
- If the package is damaged upon arrival, a receipt must be signed for and checked by the courier, in their presence, certifying the damaged package's arrival;
- This application is guaranteed only for vehicles advertised by us and mentioned in the listing. Returns or replacements for other applications will not be accepted.
